Language requirements

All applicants must provide proof of English proficiency by submitting test results from one of the following tests:

Notes:

  • If your score is lower than the scores mentioned above, you will not be eligible for the programme.
  • Any other English test than TOEFL, Cambridge C1/C2, or IELTS is not considered as valid by the ReD Global Programme Examination Committee.

 

Exemptions:

In some cases, exemptions for the testing requirement may apply. These cases apply if:

  • You have a Dutch VWO certificate;
  • You are a native speaker and have completed your full secondary level education in: the USA, Canada (only when taught in English), the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand;
  • You have completed a full-time Bachelor’s programme (nominal duration of at least three years) in the USA, Canada (only when taught in English), the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

 

Important:

If English was the medium of instruction during your previous education, but you do not meet any of the above mentioned requirements, you are still required to provide proof of your English language proficiency.
