Application templates and instructions

    1. Each single document has a maximum file size of 2 MB, except the Application Form and Reference Forms (4 MB).
    2.  If you want to upload multiple documents in the same category (e.g. a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree), please combine these files into a single PDF. 
    3. Please provide each document with a recognizable file name, preferably: [Your family name]_[document type] (e.g. Adam_Application_form)
    4. Please provide your referees with this template reference form.
    5. At least one reference must be from an academic referee, while the other can be from an academic or professional referee.
    6. Each document needs to be converted into a PDF file.
