Appeal Programme Examination Committee

If your application is denied, you may submit a written appeal within six weeks from the date the decision was sent. Appeals should be lodged through the Central Portal for the Legal Protection of Student Rights (CLRS) using the Objection and Appeal form available at  www.rug.nl/clrs. Once submitted, your appeal will be forwarded to the relevant body or official, and the CLRS will notify you immediately of where it has been sent. A decision on your appeal will be communicated within 10 to 18 weeks, depending on the body responsible for processing it.
